My three kittens got fixed about 3 and a half weeks ago and they still haven't held yet. There is a sticky kind of goo on the stitches and I have been putting triple antibiotic ointment on them but i don't know what I can do to help

Contact your vet.  The stitches may need repair work (possibly) but more likely the kitten will need oral antibiotics (pills).  If the infection gets worse the stitches could fail and then you have a real problem.

The stitches have disappeared for the most part there the kind that dissolve and sadly I don't have the money to take them to a vet. Is there any else I could do to help them?

But they are acting fine so could it just be the stitches dissolvin that is making the goo?

The only safe course of action is to at least speak to your vet. He/she should be able to at least advise you over the phone. Post surgical infections can go bad quickly if left untreated.

If necessary, see if the vets can offer you a payment plan, or see if friends or family could lend you the money.

Please contact your vet. It could end up being a lot more expensive in the long run if you delay.

Please contact whoever performed the spays and tell them about the goo. It is probably infection and will need an antibiotic to heal.

Whoever did the surgeries should perform a quick follow-up for free. You would only have to pay for the antibiotics. Please make it clear to them that the kittens have not healed properly and you have limited funds. Hopefully they will assist.

Please post a picture of the problem. Did you use a private vet or a rescue organization?

It looks like infection from what I can tell. You really need to follow up with whoever did the surgery. Your kitties need medicine from a vet.

It's very hard to tell with the darker kittens, but the white one is definitely showing signs of infection from what I can see. I don't think you have a choice here. It will be far cheaper to treat it now than if you wait for the kittens to act sick.

Incisions should heal normally without pus, as you said your first kitten healed.

The goo or pus is not caused by stitches dissolving but generally by infection.  Topical ointment like your using may help slightly but if its an infection in the wound then the kitten needs oral antibiotics?  The vet who did the spay should be able to provide this help.If you delay and it gets worse, its going to be a lot more expensive than it will be now.
