Hello, Happy Saturday.

Easy question today, What was the last movie you saw? Do you recommend it?

Last night I saw The Woman In Gold. It's based on a true story about one woman's battle to get a painting stolen from her family during WWII returned to her.

The painting was by Gustave Klimt, one of my favourite artists. I really liked the movie, but I watched it without subtitles and I don't speak any German, so I think I missed some of the important parts of the plot.

Honestly, it has been so long since I saw a movie. I fall asleep so I never see the end of it anyway. :lol3:

In theater I saw Jurassic World. It was good, I enjoyed it.

On TV, I watched "Incredibly Loud, Extremely Close". It was about a boy who lost his father in 9/11. It was really good and I highly recommend it

The last movie I saw in theaters was Magic Mike XXL. I have to say it wasn't as good as the first one, but it was still hilarious and sexy. I highly recommend it!!!

Last night, we watched a film/documentary about Scientology called "Going Clear" on HBO.

I am now convinced more than I even was that everyone in that cult (and that is, what it is) is absolutely insane.  It's really interesting, and entertaining.  I had to tell my BF to keep stopping it so I could comment on it.  There is SO much to roll your eyes at!

Steel Magnolias. Last Month.  Netflix was about to make it available on DVD only so I watched it again while It was available for streaming. It's a great movie.

i don't watch many movies these days. i'm even tending to watch less tv lately, though i'm sure that's because i've got a lot i'm doing.

the last movies i watched were Steig Larsson's Dragon Tattoo Trilogy. incredible movies that had me watching sitting on the edge of my chair. i would definitely recommend these movies.

Wasn't Helen Mirren in it? She didn't speak in Germany I hope. I want to see it but only when it comes to cable.

I don't go to the cinema. I watch films on my TV.
This evening I saw The Iceman. I enjoyed it. But 100 people he killed and he didn't regret any of it. Only worried about his family who never went to see him after he was imprisoned. I wonder how I'd have felt if my dad turned out to be a hit man!

Yes she was. She only had one line in German, right at the end of the movie. I almost understood it, she was asking for directions so it was the name of the building plus what ever the German is for "where is?"

She was the one claiming her family's property back. Right?
