We've recently had an issue in the reviews section where an exchange between a listing owner (cat breeder) and an unsatisfied customer turned into an argument that does not belong here on TCS. Following this incident, there will be a couple of adjustments to the review rules -
1. One review per product/transaction per household. Submitting more than one review per household on the same product/transaction is not allowed as it skews the overall rating.
2. In the case of a negative review, the owner of the product is allowed to respond once. Following that, no further commenting allowed for either party. We ask that the sides hold all further discussions off the site.
3. Other users are asked to avoid commenting in ways which may heat up the discussion. Keep these for private messages, if you feel you must express them.
