Hello all!
I adopted a 5 month old kitten last Monday. He is picture perfect and all was well at his vet visit. He is eating like a horse, drinks water regularly, and is using his litter box wonderfully. However, the past few days he has been sleeping an awful lot. I'm thinking that it is possibly due to a growth spurt or due to the last of his adult teeth coming in. He will still play when he is awake. However, it seems as if he has gotten smarter during his play and plans his attack before chasing the toy. Do you think it is because he's growing, he's teething, or because he is calming down that he has started sleeping more?
Sincerely,
A concerned new kitty parent
