Hi, My queen Brooks has been pregnant for sometime now. I have no idea how far along she's been, but I do know that my family and I have felt kittens in her tummy for what seems 2 weeks. I know that she should give birth soon. But she has no signs. No milk from her nipples, no discharge. She's also been eating quite a lot but no so much of her wet food. She's also doesn't seem to be interested in finding a nest area. Although we have multiple places we set up for her (She has choices).

The only signs that I see as of now is she looks really tired and miserable and kittens moving around.

Should my family and I be worried? Or should I wait? She has been super tired the past couple of days though.
Thank you to anyone who helps.

If you have seen the kittens moving you can figure 2-3 weeks from that day.

Milk comes in 24-48 hours before birth and sometimes after she gives birth (isn't that helpful)

the mucus plug and water breaking happens in the last 24-48 hours also.

Make sure you give your cat lots of food and water.  Pregnant cats need plenty of good food, wet and dry.  Kitten food would be best because it has extra vitamins and fat.

If you are really worried you can take her to the vet for an ultrasound.  That should tell you how many kittens and how far along they are.

there are plenty of articles pertaining to Pregnancy and raising kittens.

Thanks!
Her stomach is super tight and she's laying down with her legs spread. The babies are kicking harder too. Does that mean it could happen anytime?

Her anus is bleeding not badly but bad enough to leave spots when she sits. Is this normal? I read something's saying it is and relates to stress. But I read some things saying it is.
We also can't see a vet due to low income.

this can be caused by a number of things.  How is she doing now?

Is she constipated?  One way to tell is to gently squeeze her poop.  If it's hard, she is.  You can add Canned pumpkin (not the pie filling) to her food or add a little olive or veggie oil.  Are you feeding her wet food?

Do you have a vet that you can call and ask questions?

Anus or the female parts?  Fresh blood isnt not good, but red colored discharges are very common...   Although in practice a few drops blood isnt that serious.

But if it blood, yes, it may become touchy... even alarming.

Otherwise, the delivery not coming as yet, yes, the Waiting game is recurring often here.  Cats seems to manage a little too long pregnancy better than humans, while too short pregnancy is dangerous for the kittens.

You had got excellent advices by Handsome Kitty.

Thank you both so much!
She is doing quite well at the moment.  Her poop was soft. Which im assuming is fine. Brooks has no bleeding anymore. It was just last night. Of course I will keep eyes on her and her bottom.
She does eat wet food and dry. But she only eats her wet food in the morning and has been only giving it a couple of licks and thats all. Also with the mucus plug, can it come out while she is going to the bathroom? Or does it just happen at any moment?

They often get worse [less] appetite in te last days before delivery.  Theoretically alarming, but yes, common in reality.  I suppose its the stomach squezzed, and being overall uncomfortable which makes many does lose much of their usual appetite.   Try perhaps with more enticing, say, warm up a little her food, so it becomes more smelly?   And as Handsome hinted, be sure she has lotsa of fluids. Not to get dehydrated in any way.

The mucose plug may come out anytime, so most often its not while in litter.

Has she dropped yet?  Its usually seen as she seems to be suddenly smaller...  And you feel the kittens further down, between her back legs.

It sounds to me that perhaps the blood spotting is not from her butt but actually from her vagina, there is only about 1/2" between the 2 so it can easily appear to be from one hole but actually coming from the other.

I highly suspect she will be going in to active labor very soon.

(as in within a day or two)

It's funny you said that, yesterday I felt like the kicking has moved between her legs. So yes she has dropped. Well she's been behind the couch all day today sleeping. Maybe she's trying to nest there. Should I leave her in the room where we had made a nesting area that is more safer? We have a small dog and the room where we set up is further away from where its more busy. We tried to leave her in the room by herself for a day. (With litter box food and water and everything we need)  and she meowed a lot.

No don't shut her in a room by herself.  She may want you to be with her during the birth.  She will get very restless and uncomfortable as she gets closer to delivering.  If you want to move her into the other room then and stay with her that would be fine.  BTW She can be restless and uncomfortable for a couple of days.

It's extremely important for her nesting spots to be in desirable places, by her of course.

Calm, quiet, private, secluded. This is what she will want, and will choose her own spot if they don't match what she wants and needs.

She is very uncomfortable. She is sleeping at the same time though. She's always slept a lot anyway before getting pregnant. But she is just moving around on both sides of her tummy and just laying on her tummy.
Her nipples are very dry though when I saw her tummy. Its almost flaky. No milk discharge though.

The dry flakes are actually milk.  You can put a little oil, olive or veggie on her nipples if you want to help with the dryness.

Well, thats odd. Even when you squeeze them nothing comes out. I will definitely try the olive oil.!(:
You guys are so helpful. I may have a few more questions when it comes closer to the time! :D

A pregnant cat's milk often doesn't come in until just before birth or just after. :)

She just had four kitties not sure if anymore but still no milk they are trying to find a nipple in assuming but brooks isn't interested. Will she let them try and get milk when she is completely done? She is just worried about cleaning herself instead. Although she did help clean her babies and that's it.
