eyelid looks a little droopy

My 1 year old cat's left eye has a very slight droop to it the last couple of days.  Is this something I should be concerned about?  It does not looks swollen or does not have any other noticeable signs of issues.  We do have another cat and I wonder if she got her eye poked.  Thanks for any advice.

I would always be ultra cautious with eyes. Assuming the problem hasn't resolved itself, I'd get it checked by a vet - just to be sure no damage has been done.
