My boy is 13 weeks old and what I usually do is give him a small wet meal in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening (if no one is home then he just gets one morning and evening), I just give a couple spoonfuls for each meal. I leave dry food out all the time for him to snack on when he is hungry. Once he isn't a kitten I will measure his food out better, but while they are growing it is okay to let them have as much as they want since they are growing babies.
