Help! Kitten with red bald spot

So my cat 4 days ago had kittens out of no where (she was a stray) I'm very worried because recently I noticed this on the kittens back- I should also mention that my cat did have one other kitten but it was born dead and that my cat does have worms which we are trying to get taken care of as soon as possible! 


My mother seems to think it would just be our cat licking him making this bald spot but I wouldn't think it'd show his skin like this right? 

I'm hoping my mom will take my cat and her kitten to the vet just to make sure everything is alright tomorrow. 

I just want to know what this could be before we get them both to the vet!

Yes, take to vet ASAP.  Momma cat did not do this!  Could easily become infected if not already.  Not something to deal with yourself.

The kitten needs to see a vet tomorrow. That does not look good. Is the kitten nursing its mom well in the meantime?
