Please help. I feel like a pet parent failure. Ringworm questions

I took my 3 month old kitten to the vet for him missing some fur on his face and they said it was ringworm and gave me oral medication for it and they wanted to give me shampoo but it was on back order, so I have to wait for that to come in. I just order lime sulfur dip today from Amazon. I feel bad I live in a small apartment with a even smaller bathroom but I also have one other cat that I don't want to get ringworm, but I feel bad keeping they kitten in the small bathroom. What can I do? Any and all advice is welcome on how I should treat the ringworm. Thank you all for listening. I feel so alone in this and everyone I know says I so just give up the kitten.

Lime sulfur dip stinks to high heaven but sometimes work.  Better is the shampoo made with chlorhexadine and ketaconozole (keta-chlor), more effective and doesn't smell.  You can get it from Amazon or various pet supply places but you do need a prescription so getting it through your vet is the best.  There are many threads here about ringworm, and the best one I think is the following one.  It is often quite easy to cure, but you do need to keep on top of the cleaning.

If my other cats haven't shown signs of having ringworm even after they been playing with my kitten a week before we found out it was ringworm do I have to still keep him sepeated

What did your vet say about keeping the cats separated. Also, ringworm can be spread to humans.

They said for me to keep him away from the other cats but they didn't tell me for how long. I am letting him out for a couple hours when I get off and I do a deep clean of the whole apartment when I put him back in the bathroom
