I have 3 cats and found 2 worms 1 on eash cat. I've been told to put a bit of garlic in their food. Please can anybody help me if this is wright or wrong.
Garlic is HARMFUL to cats so please don't give it to your cats!
If the cats have worms, you need to take the cats to the vet for treatment. The vet will determine what kind of worms the cats have and prescribe medicine to treat the worms. Follow the vet's instructions for correct dosage information. One or two doses is not enough to completely remove worms. If you can, bring in one of the worms to the vet for easier indentification.
I would not use OTC worm medicines found in pet stores and other places. Many do not work well, if at all, and some may even make a cat sick.
