Petted-Stray Cat Being More Precausious + Looking Around

So, I've been feeding a Pregnat cat(stray) which I managed to pet her, she is about seven weeks pregnat and I'm soon going to turn her into an indoor cat because I am willing to adopt her. There's just one problem, about a month earlier, she would get in my room, allow me to bath her(I trained her) and sleep near me while I'm using the Computer...- But, now she seems more precausious, she comes to me ONLY to eat and when she leaves, she climbs up some ladders and then checks carefully the neighbourhood...- Is there any reason why she does that ?...- And, she usually stayed and played with me for a while, but now she comes only to eat(about two times a day for five minutes).

PS. I will get her neutered and sprayed, but I do want her to give birth to the kittens first to adopt them too.

 PS2. There are other cats in my neighbourhood too(lots of them), but I haven't seen her hanging out with any other cat(she used to hang out with another but now she stopped).

PS3. The cat is definetly either Stray or Kicked-out-of home and does not have an owner(checked).

She is looking for a safe nesting spot for her kittens, and no longer socializing because she is protecting her unborn kittens from others.

Since she only comes to eat briefly twice a day, I suggest that you go ahead and bring her into the house now full-time so she can get used to the nest that you set up for her. If you don't, you run the risk of her disappearing altogether to have her kittens.
