Be sure to feed them on time. It's very important. I want you to check in with us on the foster kittens tomorrow.

How old are your cat's kittens?

they're good! i had to give them baths because they get so icky so quickly and i spent some time snuggling them while getting them dry, haha.

i'll take some pics later today and share them! :)

We love pictures.

You can wipe the kittens down with a damp cloth every day like the mother cat would. You can still snuggle, the mom cat does that too.

this is the only one that would hold still long enough for a good picture, haha!

so their diarrhea is a LOT less today, which makes me a happy catmom. :D

also they only seem to be content with 15-20 mL per feeding, is that too much?

they don't cry if they get that much.

also their little bottoms have been red so i read on the site that you can stimulate them using running water.. i've been doing that and it seems to be working well. the girl pictured above actually seems to quite enjoy it, haha.

She's so cute!

I would feed them as much as they want.  Remember as they grow they need more food.  You should feed 8ml per ounce of kitten weight per day.  You can also give the kittens pedialyte between feedings.

Please be very careful and ask your vet about using any medicine on kittens that are this small.
aaah okay. :O i haven't used any yet, but i did get some preparation H for their bottoms.

but so far the running water thing is working really well.

i do have another question, the boy of the litter is a bit smaller than his sisters and almost looks a lil skinny, he doesn't seem to want AS much as his siblings.. just about 5-7mL per feeding, where his sisters are hogs. is this normal? should i be worried?

How often are you feeding him?   It if's 6x a day that's roughly 36 mls, 8x - 48.  I think he needs more.  Can you feed him a little more often to get more kmr into him.
