We already have an appointment for her on Monday to run some tests, but at this moment my cat has been trying to go number 2, but can't. I can see it trying to come out but can't quite make it. She is in a lot of pain and making the most heart breaking sounds. I don't want her to be in pain over the weekend, but I have no idea of anything I can do to help her.

When a kitty is this impacted there isn't really anything that lay people like ourselves can do at home. The main things that we can do at home like Miralax or plain pumpkin takes time and with an impaction can make things worse. They would add to what is behind the impaction.
Is there anyway you can get your kitty in today even if it means an emergency vet. I know they are very expensive but if that is the only option before Monday it may well be worth it.
