My uncle has a kitten, neutered, about 6 mos, that is wild! He's not really wild but he is not afraid of anything or anybody and when they try to pick him or get him out of someplace he shouldnt be he turns and bites, somewhat hard. Could this be a case of him thinking he is dominant? Unlce says he is just kitten and will outgrow it. Im not so sure.

oh yeah, almost forgot, I was there today and was playing with the cat and he started to bite. I blew in his face and he looked up at me and I looked in his eyes and he lunged at my face and tried to swat. what does this mean? My uncle also did this a while ago where he stared him down and the kitty charged at him. he is devilish!

My advice is to not pick this kitten up. Some kittens simply do not like to be held. If he is somewhere he shouldn't be then distract him with a feather on a stick or something along those lines. He will outgrow this behavior eventually, but it will take time. Also give him a stuffed animal to bite instead of a person.
