Hello guys, I'm going to get straight to the point.

From a kindle of 6. One of the kittens is acting quite strange. It's head is tilt to the left and when she's walking it seems her head is quite heavy and she drops it to the floor. Her breathing is rather heavy, her heart rate is pretty fast. Lastly her tongue is out while her mouth is closed around it.
Some quick background information:
Another kitten has died leaving the kindle 6, two weeks after it was born.
The mother, has Mastitis.

Please, guys can you offer me some help? And possibly some home remedies?

Has the mom got help for the mastitis?  Its essential, both its hurting her, it may be dangerous for her in untreated, AND there is a risk the bacteria poisons the kittens if they suckle on the infested teats...

Best and safest a vet looks at i ASAP, and prescribes some antibiotic ointment.

You must also be prepared to yourself feed the kittens, because of that.  Use some suitable KMR or goat milk.

Re the kitten- here too the only wise is to talk with a knowleable vet.  not all vets are good at kittens - but with visible problems they may have the knowledge what it is, and suitable advices..

And if the vet doesnt has positive advices, it will be one of these situations, where no answer is also an answer.

Sorry, I myself dont have good ideas re this kitten...

They are just a few weeks old and thank you for the earlier advice.

Money is tight at the moment for the vet. I'm using a hot water massage for her.

The mother cat needs an antibiotic for the mastitis. So the kittens may not be able to nurse. Are they eating soft foods yet?

The warm compresses will help, but infection generally will not abate until she is treated by a vet.

How is the young kitten doing? This kitten sounds like it might not make it with the breathing problem and lethargy. It may not be getting enough food, or it may have a congenital issue or have picked up infection from the mom. Are you able to hand feed the kitten?
