She's so pretty.  Makes me wish I could reach through the computer monitor, pick her up and give her a hug.

She's getting so fat. She is finally settling down and will be scheduling her spay within the next couple of weeks if all goes well. Every time I plan on scheduling her, she get sneezey and her eyes and nose drains. With her past issues, I just don't want to take a chance. I know her vet will take extra care of her but momma is protective of her little girl. I think she knows when I have planned to take her and she is playing sick so she won't have to go.

I think Zander has you wrapped right around her little paw.

But I do agree. I'd want to be sure she was well before I took her for surgery.  She's come so far already.

You are absolutely correct. That baby has me wrapped so tight all she has to do is give me that look and I melt.

No pictures today but an update.

I am now man free. My daughter moved back in with me and the man moved out. Yeah I have the better end of the deal. He didn't like my cats anyway, LOL so I'm better off.

Anyway, my cats finally feel comfortable enough to freely roam around the house because they couldn't do it before because his dog would antagonize them. Zander has decided that she loves sleeping with me. I am NOT complaining at all. I love waking up and having her curled around my head on the pillow. She even gets on my back and side when I'm asleep. I bought a new pillow and well she has pretty much taken it over.

This sounds like a very positive update in deed @kntrygrl256  .
May your home be a haven of peace and tranquility in between fun, laughter and the occasional cat-zoomy moment.

Oh yes.

Since my daughter is now home so is Luci-fur and well lets just say they both enjoy zooming through the house in the WEE hours of the morning

This...this...person didn't like Zander?  How is that even humanely possible?
Congratulations on your new-found peace and quiet!

Temporary insanity seems to be quite common for females but some of us come to our senses eventually.
I believe there are some lovely men out there in the world, and even ones who love cats, but I've never met one.  Tell a lie, I had a couple lodging with me for over a year and they were both lovely people who I hope will remain friends for life.  Mouse had a total bromance with the man and they would spend ages playing together!

Yes temporary insanity.

I haven't met any man that would rather have a cat and that's ok with me. I know they are out there but after this last fiasco I would rather just hang with my kiddo's and cats. Also I will be getting a couple rats for my b/day next month!!!

Oh my gosh, congrats on your new bed warmer. I'm middle aged and crotchety ;) and have a cat and wouldn't, couldn't have it any other way. I'm with Marged. Who could NOT love Zander? :smshfrk:

My twin brother loves his cats, and yes, he's straight and has a girlfriend. He's also a doctor. There really are nice guys out there who like cats. In the meantime, I'm so happy for Zander that she can now fully blossom!!

She is definitely so much happier as well as the rest of us. Dogs are alright in their element but not with me. We all has so much stress because of them and my ex-roommate. I love having my babies feel comfortable and safe at home.

All feeling safe and comfortable at home is good.
Stress is not good for human or cat health so now hopefully you will all blossom.

Funny but somehow just looking at pictures of Zander's sweet little face brings a smile to my face.
