That's it! We're going back to barter economy
Like 6 eggs for a bottle of milk, 0.5 kilo of butter for a loaf of bread, a nose job for lifetime hairstyling..! People used to live so much simpler back then.. They also exchanged 2 cows for a bride..
I'll take everything but the bride..... I'll keep my cows LOL

I just can't bear the thought that the poor baby had a wretched worm up her little nose. It really upset me and thank goodness you were insistent.
Good for you. Hugs.

Thanks @Stewball. It was pitiful seeing her like that. I kept giving her medicine and nothing helped. It just kept growing and I knew there had to be something else wrong. I am lucky to have such a wonderful vet who will listen and do whatever it takes. I can't thank him enough for all he did to help her.

Here is a little better picture of her I was able to get last night...

She was on the kitchen table aka catch all, waiting for me to finish unpacking groceries so she could get fed.....

She is just a little spoiled. Her nose is looking so much better.

Thank you. She's not any less camera shy. I just had to block her in on the table and she finally gave up.

She was in rare form last night. She was all over the place playing and running around, even my BF was amused about her antics.

I have noticed she has been sneezing and her eyes are a little runny, not too bad, but enough to make sure she gets back to the vet next week.

I'll be out of town until Sunday night so it will be Wednesday before I can get her in to see him. If I need to I can start her back on the meds he gave me but I just don't want to put her through that again. I would rather him give her a shot and let that be it.

Our cats are a bit "opposite".. Grizzly poses for the camera most of the time..

He sees the camera and he's like "Oh, wait.. Let me sit properly.." He changes his posture and looks right to the lens..! Sometimes it's freaking me out! LOL

But the most significant thing, is that Zander is more well mannered..

So is Grizzly doing "Le Tigre" or "Blue Steel" in those last two poses?  His pictures immediately brought Zoolander to mind for some reason.  Seems appropriate given the references to Owen Wilson's nose in this thread.

LOL that's funny. I still think Zander had the Owen Wilson nose. It's getting better but I sort of hope it stays a little sideways because it adds to her facial features especially when she gives you that crossways look, LOL.

this cracked me up! HAHAHAHAHAH! It never crossed my mind, even though, he does look like a "narcissist" in those pictures! HAHAHAH!

Noooo! Poor Zander! If her nose continues to look like Owen Wilson's, you might want to consider changing the plastic surgeon that did her "nose job"! LOL Although, I really wouldn't care.. She will still be one of the cutest kitties I've ever laid eyes on..

    That is TOOOO funny.
Well spotted @dahlia  !

@kntrygrl256   Zander is such a cutie, and her nose looks completely different now - it's like a little button nose with the dark shading round each side.  Gives her a very cheeky expression - or at least she looks cheeky and full of intent there in the middle of all your shopping...
Fabulous - long may she be a happy healthy kitten.   Keep us updated on the runny eyes and sneezes - I sweer Mouse puts his coughs on from time to time just because he knows he gets extra attention when he does it!

Oh my God.. They do that on purpose?? If so, I'm finished.. In every little sound or slight sign of something going wrong I'm jumping up to see what's wrong..! Up until now, nothing's happened.. But.. THEY DO THAT?? Who does that??

LOL get in line, @Stewball!!
and it's a very loooooong line too.
Zander is gorgeous in every way.

Mwahaha, oh yes @GrizzlySapien  , I do believe some kitties do behave in such ways.   Of course Zander may be such a lovely little kitty that she would never do this to her human but, well, Grizzly....
  hmmmm.

How are the eyes and sneezes today @kntrygrl256  ?
