I guess pull it very gently. It's got to come out or you go to emergency vet. Is she still pushing? Is the sac broken open to get to the tail?

Well by the time I got her pinned down the legs were out so I pulled very easily it was already turning blue when it got it out and gasping so I cleaned out its airways with a baby suction bulb and rubbed it its good now gizmos getting ready for another she is pushing it think my first is a girl
Make sure there is a placenta with each kitten!
