Well its like as soon as I got home she plopped in floor and started pushing like she was waiting on me to have them

None yet I think I see one she won't get outta my lap long enough to push its been at least 15 min since I saw the blob

I can see the baby it looks like its still in the sack but not enough to where I can help her

YES, but only when she pushes and please pull gently. Breech birth. Pull gently so you don't tear her insides.
