I have read up on the issue and there are several things that could be wrong but she is also taking mess from a surgery she just got 2 days ago. Could this be an effect? I just want to make are my cat is ok. She is just over a year old and very small. The picture doesn't show the difference very well but sometimes it gets a little worse than that or it looks perfectly normal.

My latest addition, Binks, is a rather large black male who sometimes seems to show differences in his pupil size. I'm not sure if it is due to an automobile accident, but I noticed the size difference on different occasions. I don't think it is anything to worry about unless there is a large difference in the pupil size...such as totally wide open in one eye and a slit in the other, which could signify neurological issues. I think your kitty will be fine, at least based on my experience with my cat.

I would definitely check with the Vet about this.  It COULD be the meds, but just to make sure, I would give them a call.

Differences in pupil size is not something to be casual about.  WAS Binks in an auto accident?  This is definitely indicative of some sort of head trauma, but usually clears up, as far as I know.  If it is still happening, are they other indications that Binks has "issues"  DId he see a Vet if he WAS in an accident?
