My 12 week old kitten was shaken by a dog 3 days ago and received trauma just like shaken baby syndrome. She survived and my vet said she will probably improve over time. She is very unsteady on her feet and still turns her head to the right. Her right pupil is larger than the left. Has anyone ever had to care for a kitten in similar situations? I want to

I'm SO sorry this has happened.  There have been other cases here that I remember reading about.  Not exactly the same as your, but cases mainly where the kittens ran head on into something, and did end up with that irregular pupil thing going on.

Here's one thread where a couple of people told theirexperiences:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/289656/head-injury-in-kitten

Hopefully with just a little bit of time, your wee one will be just fine.  If he's a little goofy his entire life, I'm sure you will love him just the same.  We once had a cat that was "slow", we think due to malnutrition as a baby, and he was the sweetest thing
