I just de-wormed my kittens (I figured that's why they're dying) and I need foods to make them gain weight. Out of 16, I have 5 left, that's not counting the two that went to different homes. I have two kittens, Neferkitty and Sputnik, that won't eat anything. Canned or dry. I have been syringe feeding Neferkitty for a week now and Sputnik just stopped eating today, but he is really weak. I need to know what foods are good and high in protein that I can give them. Right now I've been feeding them cooked eggs and raw fish (which Sputnik's mom and cousin Tigger loves). I need help and I'm not old enough to get vet help, and my grandparents don't like going to the vet unless it's so the cats and dogs can get their shots.

How old are they?  Are they weaned as well?  did they get plenty of their mother's milk, or were they bottle baby's.  Maybe they never got the natural immunities from their mother's milk that they  needed?  It seems like something is definitely wrong with them that they keep dying.

Raw fish is not really good for cats.  Here's an article about it:  http://www.littlebigcat.com/nutrition/why-fish-is-dangerous-for-cats/

If you are syringe feeding, best thing to give them is canned kitten food.  cooked eggs is fine IN ADDITION to kitten food, but they need all the nutritional completeness in the kitten food.  Eggs are only one portion of that.  But they need plenty of vitamins, organ meats, protein, fats, calcium, taurine, etc. to help them survive.

IF you don't have access to canned food and want to make your own, then I refer you to this thread, but just be aware you are already treading on thin ice with these little babies in that something is probably not right, so if you make their food, you need to make absolutely certain that it is nutritionally balanced:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/264153/home-cooked-cat-food-resources

Some are just getting their teeth, others are almost ready to go to a new home.

I gave them a fish my cousin caught. They loved it. Thank you for the links. I was able to get kitten food.
