Seizure during iv drip

Hello, my cat died following a seizure he had while he was on an iv drip at the vets.  He had some kidney failure and this treatment was meant to help him by flushing out the toxins in his system.  Does anyone know the recommended ml iv fluid rate per kilo per hour for a basic sodium chloride saline drip?  Thank you.

Just bumping up this thread for you.  Not sure people here will know this, since this is a hospital procedure rather than one done at home, although there are a couple of members who are Vet Techs and might know.

I know I said it on your original thread, but, again, I am so sorry for your loss
