Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing

So Spock( my foster kitten who is getting adopted by my sister) did a interesting thing today. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing. After he tried to wrestle with my other cat Misa and then Misa hissed at him, he started to meow really loud and long. Then he tried to wrestle with her again.. His tail started to wag back and fourth too almost aggressively.

How old is Spock?  It sounds like he just got a little carried away.  It may just be a one-off.

Sounded as though he was carried off while playing. Do monitor their playtime and make sure it doesn't get too rough. Let them have a positive bonding time like eat together or/and play with an interactive toy together.

He's 3 months old as of June 23rd. Tehee

It's weird because Misa doesn't play with any  of her toys except a few "simple" ones.

He's just a baby..

Simple toys are just fine!  We go to so much trouble getting toys for our cats when a lot of the time a bit of screwed up paper is just perfect..
