Foster Needed Immediately

Help! I have a stray cat that I rescued from an apt complex who we were going to just TNR but she's super friendly. She's been living under cars her whole life and doesn't have a steady food source. she's friendly and we might be able to save her from this situation if we could find her someone who is willing to foster. I live in New Jersey and need a response today or I have no choice but to put her back out

Will she come to you again? Have you found a foster? Where in NJ makes a difference, if you could let us know what town? Can you kerp her in a bathroom overnight? Was she spayed?
