I was waxing my legs with wax strips and my cat laid down on top of a wax strip. I couldn't get it out with water and it was super sticky so I put some almond oil and it went off. Is this safe? A picture of my cat:

I've just been looking around online to try to answer this. As far as I can work out sweet almond oil is perfectly safe, but bitter almond oil is toxic. The only almond oil I've seen commonly available is sweet almond, so I'd imagine that's what you have used - bitter almond contains cyanide, so I very much doubt that it's used for humans either!

Maybe shut your cat out of the bathroom when waxing in future ;)

Adding to Columbine's sage advice, if the kitten has too much oil on the coat, it might be a good idea to try and wipe some of it off with a wet towel. Even if it's not toxic it could act as a laxative and prevent the absorption of nutrients in the food once ingested. If it's a kind of oil that the kitten can digest, then it would be empty calories and in such a small kitten it's best to avoid ingesting too many of those as well.
