Can i give my kitten a bath now? He's 9 weeks old. Sneezing (but on antibiotics).

antibiotics are just precautionary, against possible-URI. (I got him from a shelter a week back)

Vet said he's normal and also that he doesn't have fleas, but i really want to give him a bath (he stinks a little, but i want to get him used to water as well).

I have a kitten shampoo that says it's safe to use on kittens 8week+

Go ahead, but remember to use lukewarm to warm water when bathing said kitten. After you wash him be sure to dry him off as best you can with a soft towel. The drying doesn't have to be perfect but be sure to have a nice warm room to keep him in after said bath so he can finish drying himself off. Also, I will tell you this now, he will be shivering on and off after you give him a bath. This helps him dry himself off. If you want to you can keep him on you lap wrapped in a towel if fuzzy blanket while he dries himself off. This will help train him into associating you with warmth. As for how often I recommend you go with what the label on the shampoo says (it's usually below the directions) Also (on a slight off topic) I recommend you handle his paws often, namely handling his claws to be more specific, to get him used to it so it'll be easier for you to trim his claws in the future.
