My house cat escaped from my new home on monday. I found him this morning under my neighbors porch. When i checked him out i noticed he has a scrape on his face and paw. Also most of his claws are missing or shredded. He dosent seem to be in pain except when i touch his paws. He never liked me looking at his paws but he tries to bite me and hisses if i do it too long. What should i do?

Take him to the vet ASAP. There's no way of knowing what's happened, but he needs checking over. He's clearly hurting. If you're able to clean up his injuries with saline then do so - that way you'll have a clearer idea of the damage. His paws sound bad though.
I second the trip to the vet. If for no other reason, just to make sure he's okay.
