Guess i will say hello

Hi, I joined tonight because of kitten questions, but thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm Susan, and all my babies have been rescue kittens. This current one is making me nervous, but she's a sweet girl.

We recently said goodbye to my first baby after 17 years. My heart is still broken. And I have a big boy that has buff spots on white.

Wee princess is more of a tortie, and she misses momma tonight.
My camera on my phone doesn't work and I can't seem to upload from my gallery, so you will just have to trust me that they are gorgeous.

This is Solar. He is about 4 years old. He came home with us from the humane society after my son insisted a kitten was the only way to make ammends for forcing him to get shots that day (we were looking anyway).

This is/was Sissy. I brought her home no bigger than my hand 17 years ago. She was so afraid of everything, even my room mate's hamster that the name stuck. She had a stroke and went into kidney failure a few weeks ago. She has left a huge hole in my heart the shape of a cat.

This sweet girl came home with us two days ago. My friend rescued her mamma and siblings but they couldn't keep her. We named her Sassenach. And she's given me quite the run for her health the past two days, but we seem to be coming around.She's helping health our hearts.

Hello and welcome!!     Beautiful kitties!!! i'm so sorry for the loss of your Sissy. You had 17 great years together and you gave her a wonderful life. may she RIP      New kitties always show up in our lives when we need them (and they need us) the most. I have the feeling that Sissy guided her to you. She knew you'd help her and she was right.
