How do you people get custom avatars???

I noticed some of you out there have custom avatars. I was wondering how you got those? I didn't see any option in the user control, but it may be that Im just blind.

After 100 posts you have the option of a custom avatar. It just has to be small enough for the program to accept it. If you go to edit options and scroll down to the bottom you will see avatars- then click where it says more- or create your own-

I thought it was 300 posts?? I could be wrong though.

And if you resize a favorite picture to use as your avatar, it should be no larger than 50 X 50 pixels.

That shouldn't be a problem. Ive got a whole set of small ones I'll get to choose from.
