mosquito&fly madness

I have been feeding a colony of cats for several years and after rescuing and fixing and cats coming&going, we are down to four cats.We had to move them across the street from the house where we fed them for years. I've been cleaning up the alley and it's looking pretty good. The problem is that the area has a lot of mosquitos and some flies. Not really a ridiculous amount but enough to be annoying. I ran across this stuff on a website

Has anyone used it before? I plan too research it but I was wondering if anyone has tried it and do you think it's safe to use.

Depending on the ingredients, I would use it cautiously.  Some of that stuff can't be used where animals will be - only around the perimeter of the barn or corral.  It may be like the yard spray they sell - they have so many cautions, it's frightening to use it!

But, if the instructions say it is safe to use around the animals, then I see no reason not to use it.  But again, maybe a light application at first, just to see how the cats react.
