Small rough, balding patch on our 12 weeks

Tonight my husband and I noticed a small patch of fur missing from our kitten. Please see the picture attached. We are thinking it may be a reaction to her 2nd FeLV vaccine?

We are taking her for her next shots soon and will have her checked out, but we just wanted to see if we could get any insight here!

Have you called the vet?  

We just noticed it this evening and they were closed. I am going to try and see them on Monday. She seems fine other than that (drinking, eating, playing) and we have her brother too with no problems, but also another one year old cat so we are concerned about contagion as well.

Sounds like a reaction to me! 

Just wanted to bump this up. Gonna take to vets tomorrow for last set of shots with her brother, and will have them check on it. Just wanted to see and make sure it's probably not contagious.
