Have any of you used this? I found a card from the last vet visit with this name and remember he mentioned that this could be an issue if Rube had motility of nausea issues that the herbs he's on could no longer control. Any of you have any experience with this?

I've used it for me, if that's any help. Basically, it works by helping the stomach contents to move into the intestines faster (thereby reducing available vomit..so to speak). Additionally, it helps reduce acid reflux. It's not 100% effective (in my experience, anyway), but it can make a big difference. In people it's commonly used for nausea from chemotherapy, and also for morning sickness in pregnancy (not why I was on it btw).

Hope that's of some help.

I meant to say it could be used as a treatment if the herbs no longer worked
