Kitten is sneezing a lot

I got him when he was 7 weeks old the caretaker said that he had gotten a respitory infection at 4 weeks and she had taken him to the vet where he received medication and finished it before he came to me. Since he's finished it he sneezes slot and I can hear him breathing. He seems happy and fine and no pain. Should I be concerned or is this just something he will have to grow into she said he was perfectly healthy after ihe was done with his meds but didn't mention this sneezing

If it were me, I'd make a vet appointment. Sometimes URIs can be very persistent, and the stress of leaving his littermates and furmom could be enough to set it off again. I don't take any chances with kittens - they can go downhill very rapidly at this age.
