I've got the 'bubbly' on ice and I was holding my breath but I stopped that as I was going blue in the face. All joking aside, we hope for the best when it comes to animals they can't really tell us if something is wrong. I love cats and I'm sure you do to. Hang in it will be alright. We are here for you as we can't be there. Regards anneno2

She's always been very affectionate. She loves her belly rubs and will lay there on her side or back for as long as you will pet her belly! Otherwise she just lays on our dresser (I think it's nice and cool on the wood, we don't have AC but we do have fans so she likes to hang out in our bedroom). She just sleeps and eats and sleeps.....

Hello! Have been on this site twice before with pregnant fosters. Once a year we seem to find someone wanting to dump their pregnant cat on anyone else and take them in. Our latest foster, Millie, came to us just over 4 weeks ago. They told us she was 3 years old and 2.5-3 weeks pregnant. She's a beautiful tuxedo who bred with a black long haired make, we are told. I took her to the vet for a checkup this week, all is well, vet says at least 2, if not 3 weeks to go and he thinks he felt 4 kittens. She's gotten noticeably bigger the last 2-3 days, starting to feel little "pings" of babies inside. There is some white crusting on her nipples. She has started to seek out somewhere to have babies the last 2 days, rummaging in our closet, burying herself under clothes. She is such a sweet, loving cat. Will be hard to let her go to her forever home! Sorry for rambling, we are excited to go through this process again and have read the standard links to refresh our knowledge :) attached a few pics.

My hear skips a beat every time I see one of these black and white kitties. I love them all, but these tuxedos just are so special.

She's been extremely restless all evening. Usually she lays around on our dresser and only gets down to eat. She has barely laid down all evening. We've been seeing belly twitches all night. Then she was poking her head in every closet and corner. Now she's been in her nesting box in my closet for 10min digging and rearranging. She's never done more than poke her head in there......I don't want to jinx it but something is happening!

I just looked, she's brought and shredded up newspaper in her box awe lol But now she's back out on our dresser. I feel like we will have babies by tomorrow night.....after 8 weeks of fostering a cat that was supposedly 2-3 weeks pregnant!

My sons have been home all day and said she's been hiding under my bed all day. I came home and she enjoyed her belly rub up on the dresser and then led me to the nest in my closet. Look who's all cozied up! Belly very low and hard. I think she milk coming in the back two nipples. I think tonight may be it!!! She's been VERY quiet since I got home. She's usually a mouthpiece. She's not even purring when I pet her. Unheard of. I thought they usually become more vocal and affectionate!

Should I stay with her or leave her be for a while? I don't know what she prefers! As I said, she isn't even purring with belly rubs :( no panting or contractions yet but can't see her very well in the box!

She came out and is on the main floor now but grooming NON STOP. I really needed to go grocery shopping. Usually go Daturday and we have zero to eat or drink in this house! I don't think anything will happen in the next hour so I'm going to run out and then see how's she's doing when I come back.

Better getting basics in quickly I guess if nothing in the house and no contractions.   Fingers crossed nothing happens too quickly and Millie stays calm.   Sounds to me like she wants you there.

I would have ordered pizza, but I love pizza and will use any excuse to have it.

We ordered pizza last night! Lol we need food for the kids during the day! No milk or bread or anything in this joint! We have 7 kids between us so a week of groceries is lucky to last that!

Absolutely food shopping is a must be it kids or a  very pregnant mummy cat. I reckon you should get a couple of videos in for the kids and wait! Do you realize how many people have joined you in this ordeal? Regards. anneno2
