What type of cat is this?

Her name is annie, and we got her about a year ago. shes very energetic, talkative, playful, and sweet. can anyone tell me what type of cat she is? thank you.

As I  can see on the pics, she is a sweet domestic (esp on the second photo).  Black and white  shorthair. Can surely be called for a Tuxedo, or  a black and white bicolor.

What else to say?  She is very energetic, talkative, playful, and sweet.  She is also apparently  dearly loved by her owners.   

Ah, the boy on the pic is also very  nice and handsome.
