I paid for 50 Mbps and I consistently get 60 Mbps. I'm also on Comcast and their support has been really good to me from the start. Apparently I'm living in a different universe than everyone else. :lol3:

Mine is supposed to be up to 20 and the test showed 21 to 22.  I did start with the standard which is 15 and I think they did do something hinky to get me to pay extra for the next speed up.  The standard worked well for a couple of months and then I started getting the latency issues.  At first I thought it was the company server but it continued so I ordered the next speed up online and then it was fine.  I don't know maybe the faster speed was part of some initial promo which ended.  I don't do any gaming and the speed I have is fine for work.

So I am going to guess the average of "2" that I am getting on the test is bad? :lol3: I'll have to get Aaron to look at it.

that was interesting! my test gave me fastest and slowest both at 26.37 Mbps, and i'm paying for 'up to 30Mbps' from time warner. i generally am just fine with the speeds i'm getting, and i'm on my computer while streaming via a roku almost all the time. i don't experience any spinny wheels (aka, buffering) at all, either on my computer or on the tv (streaming). i don't do any gaming.

I didn't know either, I had to look it up on Time Warner's site. I'm supposed to be getting 15 & their test showed me getting 17.33.

The test link above showed me getting 17.14, so I guess that's not bad. I thought I had a little more than that, but at least it's above old" dial up", & basic.

My package says I have Standard. I bundle cable, phone, & internet.

....It's my computer that needs tuning up!    November will be 5 years I've had it.  After my security ran out, I just use the free AGT one.  I just need to save up & take it in when I can.  ......."Always something!:" $$$$....
