hold on I know this one......
She's curled up asleep next to me right now. She's been hiding under the bed which is quite unusual for her. She's a very sociable cat and never hides. Would you guys Luke a picture?

Thank you :) she's part Maine Coon part domestic shorthair. She's like our old cat Theodore who was part Main Coon and he's like my kitty pictured above Amelia. He started out shorthair and got longer and longer haired. Amelia is doing the same. Her fur is beginning to hang off her belly and her tail is getting longer. She also LOVES her baths...

She's cute!!

She'll recover I'm sure, very nicely. Don't let her jump off your bed or sofa; when I had my cat declawed, I put a short box next to both and covered it with a super cushy blanket, to help him get on and off.

It's a horrible decision and no pet owner takes it lightly, but my cat has turned out well. No pain, no complications.

Honestly I believe her previous owner may have neglected her. She was so skinny and ate like she never saw food before. She was also skittish if you yelled at her to get down and she would like tense like she was braising herself for someone to smack her.

She's crying but my mom has her pain medicine in her purse, and she just left for therapy. What do I do? Also I'll put some pictures of her paws if you guys want.

Do NOT give her any human OTC pain medication, some of these are incredibly toxic to cats and could kill her.  Please see a vet for appropriate medication and  treatment.

CORRECTION: if the meds were proscribed for the cat then certainly use as directed.

Aw man, that look in her eyes tells me she's in real pain. Poor baby.

Didn't he say anything else you can give her for the pain? The current after surgery treatment seems to not be completely working.

Sometimes different vets have different opinions on treatment and if the current one is not taking care of the issue, it would be a good idea to consider consulting another vet for advice.

Where do you live? Some states are banning declawing, so check the laws, your dad may be unaware!

Poor kitty. Hope she feels better soon!

Poor cat. I'm sorry she's been declawed but it is done. Are they still bleeding? You may always need to buy the soft litter as her paws will always bother her. I'm not sure if you know this or not. I did read the thread and saw that you really didn't have much choice on the matter but cats are designed to walk on their toes, when declaw is done, there aren't any toes anymore. I do hope she doesn't have any complications. I'm also surprised the Vet didn't send her home with feet wrapped in Vet wrap.

Here is a link to a site that explains what is done during a declaw. http://www.pawproject.org/

I put my cats paws against a ziploc bag with ice (with a thin cloth between) once, as he slept. Not on his toes, I put his feet on the bag. If you have a good blender you can shave the ice down so it's "softer". He didn't fight me and it helped his pain. Only do it for a few minutes.

Hope she's feeling better. This is why absolutely NO jumping. If necessary, crate her with litterbox and food/water, and a soft blanket.
