for me it's

   at work, tired, ready to go...      and it's also    We have a 3 day weekend coming up. We are off on Monday for ....  Confederate Memorial Day. 

probably sums it up pretty well.

feeling like i'm just about ready to... both girls (kittens) had some sort of something going on (a couple vomits each, and some lingering lack of appetite -- been feeding them small meals very often and working back up to normal meal amounts). deedee has moved past it but punkin is working through it -- she started showing symptoms a day after deedee.

 It's been a really crappy week!  My back was trying to act up again, even though I've been stretching, & started walking when I can.

I've had 2 headaches this week already. Then, yesterday with the licence renewal form for Angel, that got me crying again. Then this morning, I must have been having a bad dream, because I think I was crying in my sleep, but don't remember any dream, but was one of those things where you felt the sadness from whatever it was & woke up & started crying for real. So already a bad week, & it just got worse hearing about  Prince passing away. So hard to believe!

 He has always been one of my favorites for years. 

I lived in MN with an ex, for 6 & 1/2 yrs, & have a lot of good memories, (that I am glad to have now).  My ex was a musician who knew a lot of those guys. 

We always went to Prince's club, Glam Slam on Saturday nights, back then. A friend often got us upstairs in the VIP, so that was nice, & we stayed for a many "after parties" there, & out at Paisley Park.

That was a whole 'nother life for me back then in the 90's! 

So this is just so unbelievable! 

We have truly lost a musical genius!!!

Didn't get much sleep last night because the cats' "roommates" aka rescued mice were squabbling and picking on each other all night No idea why. I had to keep getting up to stop the squabbling and check for any bloodshed. Fortunately there was none.The cats completely ignored their roommates.

And   because my carpal tunnel is really bad his week. Oddly my back and neck hurt as well.

       I thank all who welcomed me back first.

Second is a male feral cat I have been trying to friend for a few months just vanished.

I got close enough to touch him twice. I was planning the next day to take him to get fixed. 

He could not be found not even in his favorite hiding spot. Moonshine has been missing about 5 days.

seems to be the norm for me.

  work. nothing makes sense.

A tad hungry! Will be off to have some food shortly 

So much pain!

  Been away for awhile and am trying to catch up!

Next few days are going to be busy, but performing a lot so pretty excited! 

:Raindrops: A few days without rain in the forecast would be very nice.

 Indeed. We've had rain pretty much every day now for quite a while with more to come tomorrow and this weekend. We've been just barely managing to keep ahead of mowing the yard, but need to do some serious weeding at this point.

hyper today. Cant wait to get back to the gym and MOVE it!

Got to sleep in today for the first time in I don't know how long!  Usually the cats or work schedule get me up but I'm off work today and the kitties were distracted playing outside in the sun or something.  I slept an hour and a half longer than I usually do.  I'm ready to start the day.   

I've got a cold.

I'm having dental surgery today.
