Hey guys I have a quick question, 5 months ago my cat suddenly started to act weird and stopped eating or drinking, then started to meow so loud and in a strange way, so I called a friend of mine and he told me that the cat wants to have sex. I got her a male cat and she got pregnant and now I have three adorable kittens.
Now after almost 4 months she came back to this habit and she even meow VERY LOUDLY and in a disturbing way (merraaaoowwww!) and she started urinating everywhere. To be honest I don't want her to get pregnant and I don't want any more kittens but I'm afraid about her health situation. Is it dangerous to leave her in this situation or will she finally going to stop in few days?

She's in heat. She'll keep cycling in and out of heat until you get her spayed. It's the best thing you can do for her health and wellbeing. Contact your vet and book her in as soon as possible.

Please get her spayed! This behaviour will disapear, she will be happier and you won't have to worry about more kittens.

If you don't get her spayed this behaviour will keep coming back on a regular basis, and in the long run she can have health issues related to it. Spaying is a bit costly but it's a once in a lifetime thing and a win-win situation for both you and your kitty.

Everytime she goes into heat her chances of getting uterine infections, uterine cancer, mammary gland cancer goes up.   Going into heat is also very uncomfortable.  Imagine you wanted to have sex so badly that you were compelled to yell and moan and roll around on the floor, for days at a time and that this would happen to you all the time without relief, all the while increasing your chances of cancer or infection.  Would we be having this conversation? :-)

Look at it this way:  Animals in the wild go into heat and they get it satisfied, and produce offspring.  This is barely successful in many species, in wild cats essentially every species is endangered despite their having as much sex as they can.  With domestic cats,   we domesticated them.  Their population is totally insured forever. In fact, millions are euthanized yearly because  we domesticated them.  We owe them this, and your cat depends on you for this life saving procedure. How life saving?  Lets say you breed her.  Say there are six kittens.  Let's say you find 6 homes.  I guarantee you, none of those six homes went to their local shelter for a kitten.  I guarantee you six cats got euthanized that otherwise wouldn't have. If any of those 6 homes had a pregnancy, the cycle multiplies and multiplies.  Imagine how many cats are privately bred in the USA per year.  Multiple Hundreds of thousands? More?  Whatever that number is, that's the number of people who didn't adopt from a shelter.

In NYC about 8000 cats got euthanized last year, down from a high of 30,000 10 years ago.  Every community that has some type of animal control shelter is euthanizing cats  (except San Francisco which is the US's only no kill city, a stunning achievement).  The bottom line is, no community can adopt its way out of euthanasia, it has to get a handle on reproduction, both reproduction on the street and in private homes.  If you come to understand this, really internalize it, then you too can become an advocate for cats, and not just an owner who lets their cat go into heat.  JOIN US!!! :-)

My baby girl ended up with a uterine infection Pyometra.

This can be fatal if not found in time. If it wasn't for a discharge with my girl I wouldn't have caught it in time. You need to get her to a vet and have her spayed. ASAP!!!

My vet said if we waited another day or two my Luci wouldn't have made it.

Pyometra is very dangerous, agreed.
