Cat has possible eye infection

Hi everyone! I have taken my cat to the vet twice already. She has some weird grey film on the corner of her right eye. Vet said it was an infection and gave me two kinds of drops and an oral antibiotic. Two weeks later still no improvement. Any ideas what it could be?

Are you sure that's not just her third eyelid which is not completely withdrawn?  That happens sometimes.  If you could send us a picture or two, that might help us have an idea what it might be.

You may want to try a different vet. How long has your kitty had this problem?  Was he/she okay before this episode?

I don't think it's the eyelid. Some kind of discharge is coming out of her eye, it's green in colour. I'm trying to figure out how to upload a picture here...Grrr

She's had the problem a few weeks now. I put a picture of the eye as my avatar.

Did the kitty ever get better?
