About 5 weeks ago I rescued 2 feral kittens. They have had loose stools since i got them and now my adult kitty has it also. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

If these kittens have been outdoors they've almost certainly got worms. Worms can be passed on to other cats if they share the same litter box, or even if they are walking around in the same area.
You can ask your vet to do a stool test and they will give you some drops to put on the back of the cat and kittens neck. Make sure you only use the drops you get from the vet, over the counter medications can cause serious allergic reactions.
You can also get some stomach medicine from your vet for the kittens that will stop their diarrhea.
