About 2 weeks ago a stray turned up at my front door looking quite malnurished. I decided to feed it and leave some water as I was in a hurry. A couple of days ago my own indoor/outdoor cat had got into a fight with said cat which resulted in a $500 emergency vet visit. I'm trying to find a home for the guy because I'm moving at the beginning of next month and can't continue to feed him. I think he was abandoned because he tries to get inside my home and is not shy. I live in the Phoenix area and have tried calling numerous shelters which are at capacity right now. Any help?

The AZ Humane Society will not take him? I know if you have Feral cats all you can do is TNR them, but if this is a stray vs Feral, and is probably adoptable, that should be a different story.
