ill 8 week old kitten

My kitten is 8 weeks old found her in a perking lot. She is eating well playful and liter trained. She has had her first set of shots may 30th she is sneezing alot and sometimes with blood. Anyone have experience with this.

She probably has an upper respiratory infection.  At the least this warrants a call to the vet's office.  It would be best to take her in for a check up.  Kittens are very fragile and deteriorate very quickly, so keep a very close eye on her  and don't hesitate to get her to the vet if you suspect she's not well.
