My cat is about 2 y.o. She was spayed two days ago, spend a night in the hospital. She is back now. Yesterday she was wearing an e-collar, but she was really miserable, so I remove it today. After this she ate a little, and started to clean herself. She leaked her incision, but not more then other parts of her body. And now she is hiding, when i wanted to pet her, she hissed on me, Is she OK? Is this normal behavior after spaying? What can I do to help her?

She should not be allowed to lick the incision and should probably be wearing an E-Collar to prevent this.  She may need to have her stitches repaired.  I would contact your vet for all of this.
