Hey Everyone!

I am new to this site and am excited to be here!  I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with this product.  My 1.5 year old cat seems to have an aversion to the litter box all of a sudden after a surgery he just had to help with an infection in his foot.  I need to use Yesterdays News, but i guess he is not used to the smell and has started going around the house.  Let me know of any success or failure stories with this product.  Thanks in advance!

Hi Joe,

My neighbor's cat (I cat-sit for him often) is very old and does not always use his litterbox. He like to pee on things that my neighbor leaves on the floor, such as dirty laundry or grocery bags. I've had incredible success with the Cat Attract Litter and "so-so" success with the Litter Attractant.

I know you can't use the Cat Attract Litter right now because of his foot so I would say go ahead and try the attractant. It's not too expensive ($10 from Petco I think?). I would make sure to use a lot at first to get him in the habit of using the new litter and you can ease off after about 14 days.

One thing you really need to do is clean the areas that he's used the bathroom in your house really well with an enzymatic cleaner. If you already did that....do it again!

Best of luck!

Thanks Abby!

At first i was nervous that he was blocked up since there was nothing in the Litter Box.  I rushed him to the vet for them to tell me that he had an empty bladder and that he must be having a dislike to the new litter.  I am hoping that the Additive will help with this issue.  I will keep everyone posted!
