It sounds like your cat may be in early labor, what with the possible discharge, full mammary glands, and going to her nesting spot. Keep an eye on her and let us know how it goes! :)

She follows me should I stay by her spot
Yes, if you can so.   :)

Rub her tummy if she wants and allows, it helps her preparing.

Im sending our links,

good luck!

Many of these links have been readied by our forumist  Red Top Rescue:

We have a good collection of articles in the Cat Health section which you can access by scrolling up to the brown bar, clicking on Articles, and then choosing the Cat Health section and scrolling through the choices.  To make this super easy for you, I am copying the links regarding birth, delivery and newborns for you here.  After reading this information, let us know if you have any more questions.  And good luck with your approaching new arrivals.

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.

Yes, stay with her if you can and if she wants you there. Most cats want their person with them for comfort. Sounds like she may be laboring. Has she delivered any kittens yet?

Remember that most cats deliver their kittens without any problems.  Have you read the articles from the links Stefan posted for you?  They will really help you prepare for the birthing.

Yes, how long has it been since she got pregnant? Can you clearly feel the kittens moving in her stomach? If she is about to go into labor she will probably start meowing more than usual and she might pant. Cats usually manage fine by themselves, but it is best to be nearby in case there are any problems. Good luck!

You feel like she's done or is she okay to labor while you go to bed? Maybe you should sit up with her?
