help my 10wk old kitten is sick.

Hello everyone. Two weeks ago I got a kitten from a friend that was out of a barn. He was fine up until 2 days ago. He has all the signs and symptoms of worms, so I went and bought kitten deworming meds. My question is how long should it take my kitten to start showing improvements? I have been feeding him through a syringe and he drinks in his own.

I'd take the kitten to a vet to get checked up- I wouldn't self diagnose as it could be wrong. Has he been to the vet yet for checkups and vaccinations?

  It's always advisable anytime you get a new kitten to have a Vet check it out anyway, and whenever a kitten isn't eating, it definitely needs to be checked right away as that's most unusual.  Honestly, I didn't even know there WAS a kitten worming kit, but then again,it's literally been 25 years or more since I had little kittens.  Back then, they probably DIDN't have them.
