*Let me first off state that our cat WILL be getting fixed after she has this litter*

Okay, now that I've mentioned that. Our family cat who is a bit over 1 year old came home pregnant before we had the chance to get her fixed :-/ Our home is surrounded by stray cats and she was an indoor cat but I trained her to be indoor/outdoor and made a mistake in not getting her fixed before that happened.

Anywho, she's pregnant and kittens can be seen and felt moving. We have our bathroom set up for her with litter box, food, water and we don't use this bathroom because it needs to be remodeled so at the moment, the standup shower stall has blankets at the bottom with her cat bed in it and a shower curtain to give her a "birthing area". We don't have any boxes so I'm hoping that will do...

This will be our 2nd time dealing with kittens but the last litter we had was awhile ago and we brought a cat in, had her scheduled to be fixed the next day and that night she gave birth to 7 kittens! So....I don't know what else I should do for our pet? Or have I done all I need to do at this point?

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.
