(A shelter I worked at and had adopted my mutt from has closed down. They are trying to adopt the last few cats out. I wanted to give them a hand.)

We have a few very special cats that are in need of special homes.

Princess little fat is leukemia positive.

Little fat is a WONDERFUL cat with tons of personality. She is use to dogs and kids, but prefers to be the only cat. however, that being said, she lives with quite a few others.

She just wants to make sure you know that SHE is the only kitty and the best kitty there ever could be.

(I personally worked with this cat. I don't like to play favorites at the shelter, but she made me. She was a favorite.)

Dorri is diabetic. Her condition is controlled by diet; meaning that she doesn't get shots.

She came to us nearly dead and starving, but is healthy now! She may be developing cataracts, so might be vision impaired. She is a sweet, loving kitty that needs all the snuggles in the world.

We are in no way throwing these cats out the door. They will stay here as long as they need to, but they deserve a forever home and a human of their own. I am trying to get as many people to see these kitties as I possibly can. Their people are out there in the world somewhere. I just have to help find them.

If you are interested, or know someone who might be, or maybe you have some questions, please feel free to contact me via PM.

Thank you everyone for looking :)

Welcome to The Cat Site!  I would suggest you make up flyers for these two lovely cats and post locally at your vets' offices, in supermarkets and pet stores, and on Facebook at a site called RescueMe.org just to get more exposure.  I would suggest NOT using Craig's List because at least in this area, it has attracted some unsavory characters.  Good luck with finding permanent loving homes for these girls and thank you for caring.
